RETURNS & EXCHANGES
All returns within 14 days of receipt will be given replacement sizes subject to stock availability, and/or R&P store credit. Exchanges will be shipped back to the customer free of charge. Please note that items must be returned in pristine, unworn condition with original packaging to be considered for return and/or exchange. If for some reason your purchase arrived damaged, please contact us via email and we will work to ensure you have only the best of experiences while shopping with us. Romeo & Penelope is not responsible for shipping fee nor any damage or loss of any items during transit back to R&P HQ, so please opt for postage insurance amounting to the listed retail value of your return (www.romeoandpenelope.com).
HOW TO RETURN AN ITEM
1. Request a return authorization by contacting us via email. Please make sure to state your order number, the name of the item you wish to return and reason for return.
2. Once you have received a confirmation from us, please send the package to the address below.
3. Upon receiving your return in pristine, unworn condition and in original packaging, we will send you a confirmation email. You will then be given the option to return for store credit or exchange.
4. All Exchanges will be sent to the customer free of charge. Store credit must be used within 6 months of original purchase date. Please note that many of our designs are limited and we cannot guarantee availability.
