Every Romeo & Penelope bracelet is meticulously handcrafted, ensuring no two pieces are exactly alike. Once you’ve chosen your piece, the best way to find out what size you should order is by measuring your wrist. See instructions for measurement here.
Please note that we make our bracelets with the architecture of your wrist in mind. We make sure that there’s a little extra room on your wrist when wearing our pieces. That said, if you’re on the cusp of two sizes, opt for the smaller size if you desire a tighter fit or a larger size for a looser fit.

HOW WE PROCESS YOUR ORDERSAll Romeo & Penelope Orders will be shipped next business day via priority mail insured post. We ship from Los Angeles, California and Sydney, Australia. We deliver worldwide. Signature upon delivery is required on all purchases. If you'd like your package to be released without a signature required, please email Romeo & Penelope to release your parcel without a signature after placing your order. Romeo & Penelope is not responsible for lost and/or stole packages. Each purchase is insured by Romeo & Penelope during the time of transit, from when it leaves us until it is delivered to you. Any items that are not signed for with direct signature will be shipped back to Romeo & Penelope. All fees to ship the package back to customer will be covered by the customer. Once your item has been shipped you will receive a confirmation email with tracking info. Allow 1 day for tracking info to update. To estimate shipping and tax fees select state and zip code upon checkout. Romeo & Penelope is not responsible for delays in shipping or delivery due to force of nature or other uncontrollable events.
MADE TO ORDER/PRE ORDERSome styles are made-to-order (each made-to-order product is stated on the product description of the product page). For made to order styles please expect estimated shipping to be within 2 - 3 weeks after purchase unless otherwise stated. For pre-order items, please expect delivery on the date stated on the product description.
USA SHIPPINGWe offer flat rate shipping of $10 for domestic orders within the U.S, with a 3-5 business day delivery guarantee, pending payment authorization and verification. All orders over $200 in value will be shipped free of charge. Orders placed are processed Monday-Friday only (excluding major holidays). Delivery times are provided as a guideline only, and do not take into account possible delays caused by payment authorization and/or stock availability. Orders will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail. INTERNATIONAL SHIPPINGFor orders outside the US and Australia, free shipping is offered for orders over $300. Please note that our shipping rates are not inclusive of customs and duty fees that could be charged when the package reaches the country of destination. International orders will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail unless notified otherwise. We do not offer expedited shipping for international orders. The recipient an international shipment is the importer of record in the destination country and is responsible for all 'import fees'. If you refuse a shipment from Romeo & Penelope, you are responsible for the original purchase and shipping charges, any import fees that are incurred on the package, and the cost of returning the package to Romeo & Penelope.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
All returns within 14 days of receipt will be given replacement sizes subject to stock availability, and/or R&P store credit. Exchanges will be shipped back to the customer free of charge. Please note that items must be returned in pristine, unworn condition with original packaging to be considered for return and/or exchange. If for some reason your purchase arrived damaged, please contact us via email and we will work to ensure you have only the best of experiences while shopping with us. Romeo & Penelope is not responsible for shipping fee nor any damage or loss of any items during transit back to R&P HQ, so please opt for postage insurance amounting to the listed retail value of your return (www.romeoandpenelope.com).
HOW TO RETURN AN ITEM
1. Request a return authorization by contacting us via email. Please make sure to state your order number, the name of the item you wish to return and reason for return.2. Once you have received a confirmation from us, please send the package to the address below.3. Upon receiving your return in pristine, unworn condition and in original packaging, we will send you a confirmation email. You will then be given the option to return for store credit or exchange. 4. All Exchanges will be sent to the customer free of charge. Store credit must be used within 6 months of original purchase date. Please note that many of our designs are limited and we cannot guarantee availability.
